Our Koala Sofa Bed is built on an FSC® certified poplar plywood and MDF frame (FSC® licence N003088). Our FlipBed™ conversion brings out a separate bed frame and mattress, so the sofa cushions stay where they are instead of being folded into the bed. The frame is designed to hold its shape through years of everyday use.

Foam, Fill and Mattress Construction

The bed is a full-size Kloudcell® mattress with a plush integrated topper, made from a polyurethane foam support layer and a polyurethane comfort layer, wrapped in polyester wadding. Because FlipBed™ lays it out flat, it never folds along a crease. The backrest cushions and seat inserts are filled with 100% polyester fibre, which you can plump back into shape rather than replace.
