How it works

Sofa bed delivery

  • Place your order

    Order your favourite Koala Sofa Bed with FREE "Two-man courier" delivery.

    Please check the delivery date estimate on the product page and in checkout. If the size/colour is out of stock then an accurate date will be communicated in those two places.

  • Arrange a delivery date

    Our delivery partner, BJS, will contact you within 3-5 days of your order to offer the soonest available delivery date.

    At this point you can either confirm that date or contact them via phone, email or WhatsApp to arrange a delivery date that suits you. The initial delivery option will be within 3-5 days of that contact.

    You must be at home to receive your delivery.

  • Day of delivery

    The evening before delivery you will receive a 3-hour delivery window.

    On the day of delivery, BJS will call you when en route and your sofa bed will be delivered to your hallway.

    Our delivery partner will grab your signature and an image to confirm delivery and be on their way!

How much does delivery cost and where do you deliver?

We offer FREE diary book delivery to England, Scotland & Wales*.

*We don't currently deliver to Northern Ireland, The Scottish Highlands & Grampian, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Offshore Islands & Isle of White.

Grampian & Highlands are defined as covering the following postcodes, with the exclusion of those listed under Scottish

Offshore: AB, DD8-11, IV, KW 1-14, PA21-40, PH 17–26, 30-35, 37-39, 41, 49, 50.

Scottish Offshore is defined as covering postcodes: Orkney (KW15, 16, 17), Shetland (ZE), West Isles Outer Hebrides (HS), West

Isles Inner Hebrides (PA20, 41-49, 60-75, 77, 78), Isle of Arran (KA 27), Isle of Cumbrae (KA 28), Hebrides (PH 42-44), Raasay

(IV40).

Channel Islands & Isles of Scilly are defined as Guernsey, Jersey, Alderney, Sark and Herm while the Isles of Scilly are St

Helen’s, St Martin’s and St Mary’s, covering postcodes: GY, JE & TR 21-25.

Isle of Man covers the IM postcode area.

Northern Ireland covers all BT postcode areas.

How long does delivery take?

Your order will be ready to ship within 7 days of your order being placed unless the dates on the product page, in checkout and in your confirmation email indicate otherwise.

Once your sofa bed is picked up from our warehouse our delivery partner will contact you to offer the soonest available delivery date or arrange a delivery date that suits you. The initial delivery option will be within 7 days of that contact.

All products are in stock and ready to ship (unless marked) so there's no delay in getting your sofa bed to you.

We deliver across the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man & Isle of White.
