To make the return process as smooth as possible, please review the following requirements before we arrange collection.
All items need to be in very good, re-sellable condition, as collections are handled by one of our charity partners who either re-home or sell donated furniture to raise funds for their charitable work. This means:
- No rips, tears, or structural damage
- No stains, marks, or significant wear
- No fading or discolouration
- No excessive pet hair
- No strong odours
- Fire safety labels must be present and intact
- Your return should be disassembled and, if possible, wrapped/boxed for transit
*if your shipping or contact details have changed, please let us know and we'll do our best to help.
Gift Aid (optional)
Gift Aid allows our partner to claim an additional 25% from HMRC on the sale value of donated goods. To enable this, we need your approval and consent to use your full name, postal address and email, along with confirmation that you are a UK taxpayer and happy to opt-in to the scheme.
Once confirmed, our partner will arrange a collection date with you. On the day, the collection team may contact you directly with a more specific time window.
